Thank you for ordering your EPK.  All you need to do now is send us your photos and other media files so that we may get started!

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS: 

  • .doc, .docx, .txt
  • .jpg, .gif
  • .mp3 (must be NO larger than 6MB)
  • Videos will need to be loaded onto YouTube. If you already have a YouTube channel send us the link for the videos you want on your EPK. If you do not, send us the video files and we will add them to our channel.

HOW TO SEND US YOUR FILES: You will need to create a free account at one of the following online storage websites: (Send us ALL files in this manner.)

BIO:  If you haven’t already, you will be receiving a Bio Questionnaire from us by email. Please be sure to fill this out as fully as possible so that we may write the best possible product for you. If you are sending an existing Bio be sure to tell us if you want us to use it As-Is or if you want us to review it for editing, etc. If you do not tell us to provide edits we will post it As-Is (except for obvious spelling or grammatical errors.)
REMINDER:
  • Option 1 includes up to 24 photos, 3 videos and 5 music tracks. Hosting is $5.99 per mo.
  • Options 2 & 3 include your choice of 34 photos, 6 videos and 10 music tracks for $10.99 per mo. or up to 74 photos, 12 videos, 15 music tracks for $15.99 per mo. hosting fees.
  •  First month is free. Once your EPK is turned over to you the hosting fees become your responsibility to a third party.
